Ingredients:
- 2 Blocks Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 Can Diced Green Chiles
- 1 Tomato
- 1 White Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Seed
Directions:
- Start by dicing the onion, tomato and garlic clove, then shred or grate all the cheese
- Add butter to a pot, then saute onions, tomatoes and garlic for 2 – 3 minutes
- Add evaporated milk and shredded cheese, mix until melted and combined
- Add can of diced green chiles, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and coriander seed
- Salt to taste, serve and enjoy!
