Queso

Ingredients:

  • 2 Blocks Cheddar Cheese 
  • 1 Can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Can Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 White Onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Seed

Directions:

  • Start by dicing the onion, tomato and garlic clove, then shred or grate all the cheese
  • Add butter to a pot, then saute onions, tomatoes and garlic for 2 – 3 minutes 
  • Add evaporated milk and shredded cheese, mix until melted and combined
  • Add can of diced green chiles, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and coriander seed
  • Salt to taste, serve and enjoy!
