Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Neutral Oil (Avocado, Canola, Vegetable)
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Directions:
- Add egg, mustard, lemon juice and salt to a cup or jar
- Pour oil over the top
- Use a handheld immersion blender, and start at the bottom of the cup
- Blend for about 10 seconds then slowly begin moving the blender up until you’ve pulled it all the way up, serve and enjoy!
