Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1 Cup Blackberries
- 1 Cup Raspberries
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Directions:
- Start by heating a pan over medium heat
- Add the water, blackberries and raspberries
- Mash the berries down with a spatula or spoon and let the liquid simmer for 15 minutes
- Strain the juice from the berries and pour the liquid back in the pan
- Add the syrup, lemon juice, vanilla and salt to the pan and mix together
- Let it simmer for another 10 minutes to thicken up
- Pour over pancakes, waffles, desserts or anything you desire and enjoy!
