Tomato Bisque

One of my favorite cold-weather dishes—a warm, creamy tomato soup that’s cozy, comforting, and packed with flavor. Cook Time: 30 Minutes  |  Serves: 4-6  |  See Full Video Below

Ingredients:

  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 Cup Celery

Directions:

  • Dice and chop onion and celery, then saute in 1 stick of butter

  • Next, very slowly, pour in 4 cups of chicken stock (emphasis on slow), you don’t want them to separate

  • Add 1 cup of heavy cream
  • Ladle in a bowl and add 1 basil leaf or mint leaf (optional) and enjoy!
