Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 Cups Pecans
- 2 Egg Whites
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions:
- Heat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit
- Beat egg whites and water until fluffy, then coat all pecans evenly with mixture
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon and salt, then coat the pecans in the sugary mix and line them evenly on a baking sheet, making sure that none are stacked on top of each other, use 2 sheets is they’re too crowded
- Finally, roast in the oven for an hour flipping every 15 or 20 minutes with a spatula to avoid getting stuck, and enjoy!
