Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tbsp Creme Fraiche
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Chives
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- To start get a pan over medium heat and melt two tbsp of butter
- Next crack the eggs in and whisk until the eggs are beaten
- Use a spatula to constantly move the eggs and once they begin to cook up take the pan off the heat every 30 seconds so the eggs can cool for 30 seconds
- The pan should be going on and off the burner until the eggs hold their shape
- Then add in the creme fraiche to cool the eggs and continue mixing
- Add in the chives and salt and pepper to taste
- For Gordon Ramsay style scrambled eggs, pull of the heat while the eggs are still slightly liquidy
- If you want them cooked more, keep the pan on the heat longer
