Pork Fried Rice

Homemade pork fried rice is a quick, flavorful meal that combines tender pork, fluffy rice, vegetables, and savory seasonings in one satisfying dish. Ingredients:

  • 1 Bunch of Green Onions
  • 2 Medium Carrots
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Pork Tenderloins
  • 1/2 Cup Peas
  • 2 Tbsp Neutral Oil (Avocado, Vegetable)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Cups Leftover Rice
  • 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp White pepper

Directions:

  • Start by slicing the green onions thin
  • Dice the carrots into 1/4 inch cubes
  • Mince the Garlic cloves
  • Dice the Pork into 1/4 inch cubes
  • Next get out a large pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp of the neutral oil
  • Scramble the eggs in a bowl and cook them until finished, then set aside
  • Add another tbsp of oil and cook the pork until lightly browned, if any pieces stick together use a spatula to break them apart
  • Once lightly browned, add the garlic and stir until fragrant and translucent
  • Then add the carrots and peas and combine
  • Next add the leftover rice and eggs back in and mix
  • Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, white pepper
  • Last add the green onions and combine
  • Serve and enjoy!
