Popsicles

There’s nothing more refreshing on a hot day than a homemade popsicle made with real fruit and simple ingredients. Unlike many store-bought versions packed with artificial flavors and colors, these homemade popsicles are bursting with fresh, natural flavor in every bite. They’re incredibly easy to customize with your favorite fruits, juices, or yogurt, making them the perfect frozen treat for both kids and adults. Ingredients:

  • Popsicle shell
  • Popsicle sticks

Strawberry Mango Popsicle (Each of these will only make 4 popsicles)

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/3 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Cup Mango
  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/3 tsp Lemon Juice

Chocolate Fudge Popsicle

  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/3 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/16 tsp Salt

Mixed Berry Popsicles

  • 2/3 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey

Directions:

  • To make the popsicles simply blend all the ingredients together in a blender and pour into the popsicle shells leaving 1/4 inch gap at the top to allow the popsicle to expand in the freezer
  • To make the strawberry and mango popsicles, simply mix the coconut water, strawberries, honey and lemon juice, then pour in the molds filling up halfway, freeze for an hour then finish by blending the coconut water, mango, honey and lemon juice and finally pour in the same slots as the strawberry juice
  • Freeze all the popsicles for at least 6 hours or overnight, serve and enjoy!
